- The Chesterfield Craft Shop was established in 1965 by George W. Walker, a renowned decoy carver and show judge who passed on in 1992.
- Chesterfield Craft Shop, a family-owned business since 1965, carries on the same business philosophy that was established by its founder, George W. Walker -- reliable service and customer satisfaction.
- George, George W.'s son, assembles the Feather Etcher woodburning pen and casts the pewter birds' feet.
- Brian, George W.'s grandson, makes the basswood decoy carving blanks patterned after his grandfather's models (decoy blanks formerly made by Brian's uncle, Richard Walker, Dolington Woodcrafts).
